Made an order October 25th is now 12th December and yet nothing has arived, no letter from customs saying it was picked up either.
Shamanic-Extracts are not responding to any support ticket I make either.
All in all, I won't be buying from this company again.
VERY unreliable.

I only found these reviews after I ordered and I was quite worried.
BUT, I received my order after 5 days (delivery time est. 4-5 days) and it looks nicely weighted.
I haven't tested it yet but I will let you all know after the weekend.

I personally use this company a few times a month and have allways recieved a quality product and in a timely mannor. I have also recently used their support desk and it seems to be working fine now and every support ticket has been replied to in a professional mannor. Shamanic Extracts is not a rip-off site they are a good, honest, and trustworthy buisness to buy ethnobotanicals.

Wow, what a rip off. I wish i read these first. I never recieved my order and they never get back to you on the site support, which it to is nonsense and pure total BS. Stay with I am Shaman!

Ordered on March 2nd and have never received the order. Could be held up in customs which is out of the company's control but they don't respond to any type of msg I send. I filled out the support email form a handfull of times and get no response. They even have an elaborate support site that I filled out a few tickets and also get NO response. My opinion is this place is a POS and if you're looking to buy such merchandise look elsewhere.

I don't know who stole from who and don't really care. All I have to throw in the mix is that I have ordered from IAmShaman Shop and Shamanic-Extracts at the same time, and my IAmShaman Shop order arrived in 3 days, where the Shamanic-Extract order took about 15 days. As far as quality; there was no comparison; IAmShaman won hands down.

Quality products, fast shipping and friendly customer service make Shamanic Extracts jumb above the competition. I have recieved the order and everything was excellent! They also have cactus tissues you will not find anywhere else and are unbelievably good. I have tried many of their products and have found everything to be of top quality. I will be back soon! I will pass the word on to a few people that I know well to check out your site.

Strange, Darryl, I tried to e-mail you but it was an invalied e-mail address. I tried to call that number, but it was not your number. I did some research, but couldn't find any such thing as the "International Web Commission." - I find that rather curious. What were your motives in lying the way you did about a website that steals other people's work for their own selfish gain, while putting down a website that has a solid reputation for its honesty, quality, and unbeatable customer service?

Nice false comments, Darrel. If you want proof of who's ripping off who, just ask Duncan from the lovely site: www.psychocativeherbs.com about it. He supplies Shamanic Extracts with Kratom, and also happens to be the co-author of the copyrighted material regarding Kratom that was stolen from IAmShaman by Shamanic Extracts. How did I find this out? - When I questioned IAmShaman about this controversy, they were happy to provide that and other incontrovertible evidence that Shamanic Extracts are the true thieves. They have not only stolen from IAmShaman, they have stolen from other sites as well, including BB, and now they are trying to convince people that it’s IAmShaman who are the thieves…absolutely amazing the lengths some humans are willing to go to.

I have ordered from iamshaman, BB, and shamanic extracts. It took less time to get mine from shamanic extracts by 4 days. I have also talked to other people that say they have tried to post positive things about shamanic extracts and they where not posted. That's the reason Im trying to post here now. I also have proof from the international web commission( being an employee of the BBB) iamshaman took descriptions and practical robbed shmanics extract website. So if this review is not posted as the negative ones are iamshamans bad karma is about to catch of with him with about $70,000 fines and 5 years in jail. Wow, the above reviews are right; everything about this place is a rip off, even the descriptions of products appear to be stolen from other sites. Come up with your own ideas instead of stealing other people's...bad karma shop.

Do not buy from these guys; they rip off other well-known and well-respected venders, including IAmShaman and BB, and they are in the Netherlands, so it can take a while to get your order once you place it. There are other FAR superior sites to choose from who don't rip other people off to get ahead!
