Took 3 weeks to get product. One i got was 1 gram voaconga africana pure alkaloid extract $40 WASTE OF MONEY. ATE wholr gram got NOTHING!!!

I sent them #114 3 weeks ago for some of their seeds I have still not recieved them, or an answer as to why?

First, the store and its selection are outstanding. I found things there that I have been unable to find elsewhere.
I made one small order, and I am quite pleased with how it went. I am not in North America, but everything went very smoothly. I will definitely be ordering from this store again.
I have no complaints, but I will say one less-than-100%-positive thing: the customer service is good, but it took me a little while to get a response.
Overall, a very positive experience. I'd rate the store a 10 if the customer service responded more quickly (or, if possible, in real time). However, I know from talking to the owners of a few other ethnobotanical shops that order volume has been overwhelming lately, so some delays are understandable as these shops go through "growing pains."
As I said, I will definitely purchase again from Ethnogarden.
