I think they've improved a lot because I was ecstatic with my order from them and it arrived 3 days after I placed the order. I hear they have improved their shipping dept so it's much better than it was. Everything I get from them is tops.

Some time ago, I ordered some cactus cuttings from them. When they finally arrived, they were the worst, driest, ugliest "specimens" I have ever seen. Total waste of money. How can anybody with a conscience provide such a crappy product?

They don't answer my e-mails, it cost $5.00 for shipping and handling, and took 4 weeks to get my Salvia. By the way, the Salvia was very weak.

I ordered something on November 11th. I got an E-Mail 2 days after i purchased it saying it has been shipped. Its now November 30th, and i have nothing. My emails have been ignored as well.
I went with Bouncing Bear because their shipping is only $5.00. Now i wish i would've paid the extra $17.00.
People like this shouldn't be in business.
