I got ripped off too it looks like. I ordered a product like two weeks ago and received nothing. Now i have to figure out how to get my money back through my credit card company.. this is rediculous and time consuming for an order of 11 dollars. I sent the company 3 emails and received NOTHING back. The owners of this company really should be jailed or fined for this... apparantely they do this to a lot of people. Maybe my order will come in another two weeks, but I doubt it, they claimed 3-5 days for delivery. These guys are scam artists and i bet all of the positive posts on this website are from the owners or their partners in crime.

Ordered from them with premium shipping, got my order in 2 days. Placed larger order on Nov 27th and have received nothing as of Dec 20th. Will not reply to any emails. Complete scam.

Wait, they just sent back an email saying they were sorry for the mix up and my order was mistakingly marked as a check instead of cash and that's why it's taking so long. They say they sent it today so I take back what I said in my last comment, you just have to be persistent with your emails.

Yeah, I ordered from them two weeks ago. I ordered via mail and I payed cash. They responded to my first email regarding my purchase but they said they couldn't send it yet because they had to wait for personal checks to clear. I responded telling them I payed cash, not check and they haven't responded to any of my emails yet. I'm considering calling them soon.

I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF! Paid for product and priority shipping, and have received nothing in return. No shippment, no contact, no refund. THE HIGH RATING THIS SITE GIVES THIS COMPANY IS MISLEADING! Because of the high rating, I didn't bother reading these comments. I wish I had. I would not have done business with them. Don't buy from them, and spread the word - PURE LAND BOTANICALS IS A RIPOFF!

Had a terrible experience with them--they only ship EXPRESS orders (expensive). If you order PRIORITY shipping you'll never receive product, and they will ignore letters, emails, and phone calls. Had to call credit card company after two months to get charge backs for two orders.
I will say, the EXPRESS items I recieved were of the highest quality. 15X salvia THE BOMB

Charged the same day, never recieved my product, NEVER recieved a response to e-mails for tracking/status. There e-mail's now all send back because their box is full. Pending charge back through credit card company. NO SHIPPING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPLIER.
