I am waiting on an order as well. I sent a paypal pament on 5/4/2009 and I know it takes 5-7 business days so assuming that they get the payment on 5/11/2009 I should have the order in about 1-2 weeks since it was regular mail. I got an email from them on 5/6/2009 saying that 'it should arrive in about a week'. So that would be on the 13th-14th. I am still hoping everything is okay because they have a good selection.

I placed an order on Feb.4 & thought i messed up on the order form I wrote them e-mails&still no response.its now feb 15.I didnt even look in2 how their site was cuz my frend orders 4rm them alot&realy likes them,said he gets his packages within 3-5 days always.DOES ANYONE KNOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER???? Same story with me... Ordered and they took my money that day. haven't replied to any emails (I've sent 4 now) and I haven't received any product at all. I just got their actual phone number, not the BS on their site. it's 608.236.4863. I'll be calling them regularly to complain... even though I already cancelled my order with the credit card company.
something tells me it's some jackass working out of his mom's basement.

I posted a negative comment here on Dec 3 2008 but I have to report that the situation was not Pure Land's fault at all, and it was my own mistake. I ordered a completely different product than I intended to, and they sent me exactly what I ordered. When I contacted them and realized it was my error they were very easy to deal with and they then shipped me the product I had intended to order in the first place. A+++

i just ordered kratom xtract from them and spent over $200 for bogus leaf.The funny thing is...is if i had done my homework,i would have seen these guys are scammers (it's on erowid).Buyers beware!!!

I got ripped off too it looks like. I ordered a product like two weeks ago and received nothing. Now i have to figure out how to get my money back through my credit card company.. this is rediculous and time consuming for an order of 11 dollars. I sent the company 3 emails and received NOTHING back. The owners of this company really should be jailed or fined for this... apparantely they do this to a lot of people. Maybe my order will come in another two weeks, but I doubt it, they claimed 3-5 days for delivery. These guys are scam artists and i bet all of the positive posts on this website are from the owners or their partners in crime.

Wait, they just sent back an email saying they were sorry for the mix up and my order was mistakingly marked as a check instead of cash and that's why it's taking so long. They say they sent it today so I take back what I said in my last comment, you just have to be persistent with your emails.

Yeah, I ordered from them two weeks ago. I ordered via mail and I payed cash. They responded to my first email regarding my purchase but they said they couldn't send it yet because they had to wait for personal checks to clear. I responded telling them I payed cash, not check and they haven't responded to any of my emails yet. I'm considering calling them soon.

Had a terrible experience with them--they only ship EXPRESS orders (expensive). If you order PRIORITY shipping you'll never receive product, and they will ignore letters, emails, and phone calls. Had to call credit card company after two months to get charge backs for two orders.
I will say, the EXPRESS items I recieved were of the highest quality. 15X salvia THE BOMB

Charged the same day, never recieved my product, NEVER recieved a response to e-mails for tracking/status. There e-mail's now all send back because their box is full. Pending charge back through credit card company. NO SHIPPING. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SUPPLIER.
