"Healthy Communities - Indicators Project"
This Community Indicators Project database is available for use in Maine classrooms; students will learn how to use "Indicators" to measure the health of their communities. The Indicators used in this project include: People and Population, Natural Resource Consumption and Natural Environment conditions. They provide a glimpse of some economic, social and environmental factors that affect our quality of life.
